Art of Hosting Training

Our approach to working has been largely informed by a collection of theories, practices and methods, known as The Art of Hosting. We offer public and custom training on these tools and theories which range from 1-5 day experiential workshops, with a focus on convening strategic conversations as a driver for development and change. The methods, practices and theories used throughout have been developed by the Art of Hosting community of practice as well as design thinking co-creative processes. These approaches scale up leadership from the personal to the systemic using personal practice, dialogue, facilitation and the co-creation of innovation to address complex challenges.
