CLIENT: Ecology Action Centre (EAC) – Marine Conservation Team

CONTEXT: Since 2017, Colab has been working closely with EAC’s Marine Conservation Team, providing strategic planning support, fostering collaboration, and helping to clarify roles and responsibilities.

Most Recent Work: We facilitated a two-day planning retreat for the team of 11, who are dispersed across different provinces and often work remotely. This retreat provided a crucial opportunity for team members to connect, gain a deeper understanding of each other's work, and define clear actions and roles for the upcoming year. By strengthening team dynamics and outlining priorities, Colab supported EAC in delivering on its mission to advance marine conservation in Canada.
