Sophia Horwitz
Sophia is a facilitator, leadership coach, and systems thinker. For more than 20 years, she has helped people and teams navigate change with steadiness and imagination, including civic innovation, public engagement, and personal leadership. She brings care, clarity, and creativity to her work. She pairs clear strategy with real next steps so insight leads to action. Sophia designs spaces where people can reflect, experiment, and build capacity together, especially in times that ask for both courage and discernment. Her belief is simple: the futures we want aren’t just planned, they’re practiced through the choices we make and the ways we relate, day to day.

Greg Woolner
Greg is a facilitator and developmental evaluator who works at the intersection of systems, leadership, and social innovation. With over 15 years of experience designing participatory processes from municipal engagements to national labs. He brings deep listening, process fluency, and research-informed insight to help groups navigate complexity and co-create change.
Originally trained in music and community arts, Greg’s facilitation approach blends creativity with rigour. He has led strategy and engagement across sectors including climate, arts, education, and youth leadership, and teaches leadership development at Dalhousie University. His work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change emerges from collective learning and bold experimentation.

Joanna Brenchley
Joanna is a relational therapist, trauma-informed facilitator, and systems-aligned thinker who crafts spaces where healing, learning, and collective creativity can emerge. With a background in Environmental Science and a Master’s in Counselling, her work bridges inquiry, embodiment, and justice in deeply human ways.
Drawing from Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practice, and anti-oppressive frameworks, Joanna helps individuals and groups access inner wisdom even when protective patterns run deep. Her presence is grounded, compassionate, and invitational, creating space for insight, agency, and authentic connection. Joanna’s path into therapeutic and participatory leadership began through community climate organizing and continues through her work in retreat design, collective care, and leadership programming.
